Ingredients
- 3 pkg. (6 oz.)semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 jar (7 1/2 oz.) Marshmallow Creme
- 1/2 lb. pecan pieces
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 5 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
Method
- In a heavy 4 quart pan combine sugar, butter, salt and evaporated milk.
- Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Increase heat to medium; continue cooking and stirring to soft ball stage.
- Remove from heat.
- Immediately add chocolate, Marshmallow Creme, pecans and vanilla.
- Stir virgorously until chocolate pieces are melted.
- When mixture begins to thicken turn into 12x7 1/2x2 inch pan.
