Ingredients
- 4 chicken cutlets
- breadcrumbs to coat
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 c. Stove Top Dressing, prepared according to directions on package
Method
- Pound cutlets until quite thin (between two pieces of plastic wrap).
- Lay flat; spread prepared dressing to within 1/2-inch on each side of chicken; tightly roll and dip in egg and breadcrumbs. Fry slightly to brown in approximately 2 tablespoons of canola oil.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350° oven. Makes 4 servings. before dipping and frying.
