- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 lb. finely chopped chicken
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 1 1/4 c. bean sprouts
- 1/2 c. finely chopped water chestnuts
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
Method
- Stir-fry beef, chicken and onions in 1 tablespoon of oil for 3 or 4 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry approximately 3 minutes.
- Drain mixture and allow to cool.
- Divide mixture and fill egg roll wrappers.
- Deep fry in vegetable oil at 360° until crisp and brown.
