Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 lb. finely chopped chicken
  • 8 green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/4 c. bean sprouts
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers

Method

  • Stir-fry beef, chicken and onions in 1 tablespoon of oil for 3 or 4 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry approximately 3 minutes.
  • Drain mixture and allow to cool.
  • Divide mixture and fill egg roll wrappers.
  • Deep fry in vegetable oil at 360° until crisp and brown.
