Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 c. plain flour
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. lukewarm milk (that has been heated)
- butter
Method
- Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
- Mix with remaining ingredients to make a soft dough.
- Let rise until double in bulk. Refrigerate overnight.
- Roll on floured board; cut into rolls. Fold over a thin slice of butter.
- Let rise overnight.
- Bake at 350° until slightly brown.
