Ingredients
- 1 small box lemon, lime or orange Jell-O
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water (add ice to make 1 1/4 c.)
- 1/2 c. lemon sherbet
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
- Pour into blender.
- Add water, ice and sherbet.
- Chill 45 minutes.
