- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 2 tsp. garlic
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 scallions (green onions; optional)
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 pkg. egg roll wraps
Method
- Brown beef and pork together; drain off grease.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix.
- Roll mixture in egg roll wraps.
- Fry egg rolls in oil until brown.
