Ingredients
- 1 cup (125 g) raspberries
- 1 medium lime, juiced, about 2 tablespoons (28 ml)
- 1 tablespoon (10.2 g) chia seeds
- 1 cup (235 ml) coconut water
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut milk
- 5 ice cubes
- Blender
Method
- Using a Vitamix or other high-speed blender, combine all the ingredients and blend for 1 minute on high.
- Enjoy immediately.
