Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 level Tbsp. poppy seed

Method

  • Bake chicken at 350° for 1 hour; debone and cut in bite size pieces.
  • Set aside.
  • Mix cream soup and sour cream together; mix with chicken and pour into lightly greased 9-inch square pan.
  • Mix crushed crackers, melted butter and poppy seed; pour over chicken mixture.
  • Bake at 350°, uncovered, approximately 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly in center.
