Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 roll Ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter
- 2 level Tbsp. poppy seed
Method
- Bake chicken at 350° for 1 hour; debone and cut in bite size pieces.
- Set aside.
- Mix cream soup and sour cream together; mix with chicken and pour into lightly greased 9-inch square pan.
- Mix crushed crackers, melted butter and poppy seed; pour over chicken mixture.
- Bake at 350°, uncovered, approximately 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly in center.
