Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 12 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pint cottage cheese (I use low fat)
  • 16 ounces grated cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans green chilies

Method

  • Beat eggs lightly until lemon colored.
  • Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, green chilis and butter.
  • Pour into well greased baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • If from the refrigerator, let dish come to room temp before baking.
  • Should puff up in oven.
