Ingredients
- 4 c. diced potatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 2 c. popcorn shrimp
- 1 c. cubed cheese
Method
- Cook the first 4 ingredients in salt water until tender.
- Add shrimp.
- Cook 10 minutes.
- Add cheese; stir until melted.
- Soup should be thick and creamy.
- Thin with milk if necessary.
