Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped and diced
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, diced
- 1/4 c. scallions, chopped
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Method
- Toss eggs and cheese together lightly in a bowl. In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over egg-cheese mixture and toss gently. Serve on dark or white bread, crisp lettuce, spinach or crackers. Serves 6.
