Ingredients
- 2 c. diced chicken or turkey, cooked
- 1/2 c. almonds, toasted
- 2 tsp. grated onions
- 2 c. coarsely chopped celery
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Method
- Combine chicken or turkey, almonds, onions, celery, lemon juice, salt and mayonnaise.
- Put in flat baking dish.
- Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips.
- Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly at 400°.
- Serves 6.
