Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced chicken or turkey, cooked
  • 1/2 c. almonds, toasted
  • 2 tsp. grated onions
  • 2 c. coarsely chopped celery
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

Method

  • Combine chicken or turkey, almonds, onions, celery, lemon juice, salt and mayonnaise.
  • Put in flat baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly at 400°.
  • Serves 6.
