Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped chicken, cooked
- 1 can drained green peas
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 3/4 stick melted butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small garlic bud
- 2 small cans mushrooms
- 1 can chicken soup
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 c. slivered almonds or pecans
- salt and pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients and put in buttered casserole.
- Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
- Bring to room temperature.
- Cover top with thick layer of potato chips.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Makes large casserole.
