Ingredients
- 1 bird, boiled and boned
- 1 large Velveeta, cubed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium pkg. spaghetti
- 1 large can Mexicorn (or Ro-Tel) tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
- Cook onion and pepper in small amount
- of
- broth.
- Mash tomatoes with potato masher. Drain spaghetti; add

- ingredients.
- Stir
- over low heat until cheese melts.
- Pour
- into
- baking
- dish and bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
