Ingredients

  • 3 cups Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 can Chunk Light Tuna
  • 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 3/4 cups Cocktail Olives
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip!)
  • 1 whole Onion, Medium Size
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Seasoning Salt
  • Garlic Powder

Method

  • All ingredients in this recipe are approximate.
  • Add as much or as little of any ingredient as you prefer, to taste and to achieve quantity required.
  • Cook the macaroni al dente, drain well and pour into a large mixing bowl or serving bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients right into the bowl.
  • Warmth of pasta should thaw the frozen veggies if you intend to serve immediately.
  • Break the tuna up into small chunks with your fingers before adding.
  • Chop the olives and onion coarsely.
  • Add just enough mayo to moisten everything.
  • Add seasonings to taste and mix well before serving.
  • Can be served immediately, or after chilling.
  • Store in refrigerator.
