Ingredients
- 3/4 C shredded swiss or gruyere (3 Ounces)
- 1 small onion chopped (scallions)
- 3/4 C sauteed sliced mushrooms
- 3 eggs beaten 5 if doubling
- 1 C half and half 1 1/2
- 2 T flour 3
- 1/2 t salt 1
- 1/4 C shredded cheddar (2 Ounces)
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees, prick pastry shell with fork and pre-bake 10 min. Lower temp to 350 and sprinkle shell with swiss and mushrooms, pour in egg mixture, sprinkle with cheddar, bake for 40 min. If using a convection oven lower temp to 325 and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let stand for 10 before serving.
