Ingredients
- 1 large round steak
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- chopped onion and bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In skillet, brown meat; cut in strips and put in oil.
- Salt and pepper.
- Remove from skillet.
- Add other ingredients in skillet and stir until mixed well.
- Add 1 1/2 soup cans of water.
- Put meat in casserole dish.
- Pour mixture in skillet over meat.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
- Bake, covered.
- You may need to add more water if it cooks down.
