Ingredients

  • 1 large round steak
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • chopped onion and bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • In skillet, brown meat; cut in strips and put in oil.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Remove from skillet.
  • Add other ingredients in skillet and stir until mixed well.
  • Add 1 1/2 soup cans of water.
  • Put meat in casserole dish.
  • Pour mixture in skillet over meat.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
  • Bake, covered.
  • You may need to add more water if it cooks down.
