Ingredients
- 4 lb. spare ribs
- water
- 1/3 c. orange marmalade
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water
Method
- Place ribs in large pan.
- Add enough water to cover.
- Heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat, cook 30 minutes.
- Remove ribs, drain.
- Place on grill, cook about 50 minutes turning frequently.
- Prepare orange sauce below.
- Spoon sauce on ribs, cook 5 minutes.
- Turn.
- Spoon sauce on ribs.
- Bake 5 minutes longer.
