Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy white cake mix
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Method
- Mix cake mix and dry yeast, then in separate bowl, combine water and salt.
- Stir in dry mixture.
- Gradually work in flour to make soft dough that can be handled.
- Cover.
- Set in warm place for 1 hour.
- Punch down to shape into rolls.
- Brush with oil or butter and place on greased sheet to rise for 2 hours.
- Bake in 400° oven until golden brown.
