Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut into pcs
  • 3-4 tbsp. butter
  • 2/3 c. lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • Garlic salt
  • Cornstarch to thicken if you like

Method

  • Heat butter in electric skillet and brown chicken sprinkled with garlic salt.
  • Mix lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar.
  • Add in cornstarch if desired thicker sauce.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Cover and simmer 30 to 45 min.
  • Mix cornstarch with cool water to heat before adding.
  • I double the liquids and sugar and pour the extra liquid over white rice.
