Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cut into pcs
- 3-4 tbsp. butter
- 2/3 c. lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- Garlic salt
- Cornstarch to thicken if you like
Method
- Heat butter in electric skillet and brown chicken sprinkled with garlic salt.
- Mix lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar.
- Add in cornstarch if desired thicker sauce.
- Pour over chicken.
- Cover and simmer 30 to 45 min.
- Mix cornstarch with cool water to heat before adding.
- I double the liquids and sugar and pour the extra liquid over white rice.
