- 3 to 4 c. sliced potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 to 2 stalks celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- pinch of sugar
Method
- Melt margarine in microwave bowl.
- Blend in flour with whisk until smooth.
- Gradually add milk and continue to blend well. Add other ingredients and microwave on High about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring every 5 minutes.
