Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned (8 halves)
- 8 slices ham
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Wrap each half of chicken breast with a slice of ham.
- Cover bottom of greased 7 1/2 x 11-inch baking dish with torn dried beef.
- Place chicken over the dried beef.
- Mix mushroom soup with the sour cream and pour over the chicken.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 2 hours.
