Ingredients
- 2 filets Raw salmon
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Method
- Sprinkle both sides of the salmon filet with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil, garlic, and chili pepper in a pan, and turn the heat to low.
- When fragrant, turn the heat up to medium-low.
- Add the salmon, and pan-fry for 3 minutes.
- Turn the salmon over, turn down the heat to low, and cook for 3 more minutes.
- When cooked 90% through, it's done.
