Ingredients
- 6 cups cooked long-grain white rice, cooled
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed, drained
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup lightly crushed tortilla chips
Method
- Combine all ingredients except crushed chips.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Top with crushed chips just before serving.
