Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 small cans chopped green chilies
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 chopped onion, sauteed
  • 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Doritos
  • 4 to 5 c. chopped, cooked chicken

Method

  • In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch Pyrex dish or pan, layer the Doritos, then the chopped chicken.
  • Mix soups, green chilies, tomatoes and onion. Pour mixture over chicken and top with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 350° about 30 minutes until hot.
  • Serve with jalapeno jelly, green salad and extra chips.
  • Serves 8.
