Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground round
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 3 ribs celery, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1/2 c. barley
- 7 c. water
- 1 can unsalted V-8 juice
Method
- Brown meat until pink is gone.
- Add water; bring to a boil. Add rest of ingredients; cook 1 hour.
