Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted, divided
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 8 oz rotini pasta, cooked and drained
  • 2 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 4 cup assorted frozen vegetables, thawed
  • 2 1/4 cup finely shredded low fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees .
  • Combine 3 tablespoons butter, and next 5 ingredients in an 8 inch baking dish.
  • Combine crumbs, Parmesan and remaining butter in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle on top of mixture in the baking dish.
  • Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
