Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter, melted, divided
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 8 oz rotini pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 cup diced cooked chicken
- 4 cup assorted frozen vegetables, thawed
- 2 1/4 cup finely shredded low fat cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees .
- Combine 3 tablespoons butter, and next 5 ingredients in an 8 inch baking dish.
- Combine crumbs, Parmesan and remaining butter in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle on top of mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
