Ingredients
- 2 6-7 oz. halibut fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp. diced onion
- 1 tsp. chopped green onion
- 6-oz. mayonnaise
- 1 oz. seasoned bread crumbs
- Dill weed
Method
- Season halibut with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grease a baking dish and put the onion and green onions on the bottom. Place the seasoned halibut over the onions. Spread the mayonnaise on the halibut.
- Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top.
- Sprinkle with dill weed.
- Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes, or until halibut is flaky and crumbs are light brown.
