Ingredients

  • 2 6-7 oz. halibut fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 Tbsp. diced onion
  • 1 tsp. chopped green onion
  • 6-oz. mayonnaise
  • 1 oz. seasoned bread crumbs
  • Dill weed

Method

  • Season halibut with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Grease a baking dish and put the onion and green onions on the bottom. Place the seasoned halibut over the onions. Spread the mayonnaise on the halibut.
  • Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top.
  • Sprinkle with dill weed.
  • Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes, or until halibut is flaky and crumbs are light brown.
