Ingredients
- 1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough
- 4 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Method
- Let frozen dough thaw until pliable on lightly floured board. Roll dough out to a 10 x 12-inch rectangle.
- Spread dough with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
- Mix cinnamon, sugar, raisins and nuts. Set aside 2 tablespoons of mixture for later use.
- Sprinkle mixture over dough.
- Roll dough like a jelly roll and cut into 12 equal slices.
- Place slices in a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
- Brush tops with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture.
- Let rise until rolls have doubled in size.
- Bake in 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove from pan immediately and brush with remaining butter.
