Ingredients
- 2 (15 oz.) cans red beans
- 1 pkg. Chili-O mix (per lb. meat)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- water
- salt and pepper
Method
- Brown meat and drain.
- Add Chili-O mix, stewed tomatoes and beans.
- Add water until all covered.
- Cook on medium heat for 1 hour.
- Serve over rice.
