Ingredients
- chicken breasts
- thin sliced ham
- thin slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 box Shake 'n Bake
Method
- Have
- chicken
- breasts skinned, boned and split.
- Use 2 slices of
- ham
- and
- cheese for each piece of chicken.
- Pound each piece
- chicken
- to 1/8-inch thickness.
- On each piece of chicken, place
- ham
- and cheese and roll.
- Coat with Shake 'n Bake.
- Fasten with
- toothpick.
- Bake
- in ungreased pan for 20 minutes at 400°. Dilute soup; heat and pour over chicken.
