- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
Method
- Saute onion in margarine until tender. Add remaining ingredients except chicken and wine.
- Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes. Stir in chicken and wine. Simmer, covered, 30 minutes. Serve on hot cooked spaghetti.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
