Ingredients
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- red peppers
- bell peppers
- onions
- carrots
- cucumber
Method
- Dissolve sugar in vinegar and water.
- Wash and cut vegetables into bite size pieces.
- Combine vegetables with vinegar mixture. Let stand at least 12 hours in refrigerator.
- Will keep in liquid in refrigerator for a week.
- Vegetables will stay crisp.
- Very delicious.
