Ingredients
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 c. Minute rice (raw)
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can milk for each can of soup
Method
- Melt margarine in a glass casserole dish.
- Pour in rice.
- Lay chicken on top of rice.
- Mix soups and milk in a bowl.
- Pour over the chicken and rice.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
