Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 8 oz. pkg. broad noodles (I use seashells)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Brown onion, celery and beef in margarine. Stir. Add salt, pepper, cooked noodles and soup.
  • Put in large casserole and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
  • This is good with cheese sprinkled on top.
  • Yields 8 servings.
