- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 8 oz. pkg. broad noodles (I use seashells)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Brown onion, celery and beef in margarine. Stir. Add salt, pepper, cooked noodles and soup.
- Put in large casserole and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
- This is good with cheese sprinkled on top.
- Yields 8 servings.
