Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 34 lb cooked beef short rib, cut into small pieces
- 3 tablespoons plum sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Method
- Heat skillet over medium heat and add oil.
- Saute garlic.
- Add ribs and stir fry until heated through.
- Add plum sauce and oyster sauce.
- Stir well and serve.
