Ingredients

  • 4 can 10oz Chicken, drained
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken
  • 4 cup Shredded mexican blend cheese
  • 6 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 Enchilada sauce or Salsa

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a large bowl shred chicken
  • Mix together chicken, soup and half of cheese
  • Spoon mixture onto tortillas and roll
  • Place seam side down in a 9x13 baking dish
  • Cover with enchilada sauce or salsa then with remaining cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake another 10 to 15 minutes
