Ingredients
- 4 can 10oz Chicken, drained
- 1 can Cream of Chicken
- 4 cup Shredded mexican blend cheese
- 6 Flour Tortillas
- 1 Enchilada sauce or Salsa
Method
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large bowl shred chicken
- Mix together chicken, soup and half of cheese
- Spoon mixture onto tortillas and roll
- Place seam side down in a 9x13 baking dish
- Cover with enchilada sauce or salsa then with remaining cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and bake another 10 to 15 minutes
