Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free peach or apricot jello
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Combine jello and pineapple (with juice), then heat until mixture boils.
- Remove from heat and cool completely.
- Add buttermilk and refrigerate until it starts to gel, then add Cool Whip and pecans.
- Return to refrigerator.
- Use 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
