Ingredients
- 2 bags vanilla wafer cookies
- (We use the Jackson brand )
- 1 jar of Nutella
- 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
- 2 cups hot dark rich expresso
- 1 bag of sweet coconut
Method
- Spread half the vanilla wafer cookies with the nutella chocolate hazelnut spread. Spread the other half of the vanilla wafer cookies with Mascarpone cheese. Put the 2 halves together . They will look like little balls. Dip each cookie in the rich dark expresso coffee for about 8 seconds and then roll each cookie in the coconut.
- Place the cookies on a tray, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Pass the tray and they all will disappear. Enjoy them with friends and family. Touchdown !
