Ingredients

  • 2 c. sliced, cooked chicken (about 3 breasts)
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Method

  • Cook broccoli until tender.
  • Arrange in baking dish (need 13 x 9 x 2-inch size).
  • Place chicken baked and deboned on top of broccoli.
  • Combine soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry powder.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until good and bubbly!
  • (Otherwise, may not be hot enough in middle.)
