Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon filets
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 bunch Shimeji mushrooms
  • 6 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp Mirin
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 Katakuriko slurry
  • 20 grams Butter

Method

  • Cook the salmon on a grill.
  • Slice the onion thinly.
  • Tear the shimeji mushrooms after chopping off the bottom part of the stem.
  • Heat onion, shimeji and seasonings marked in a pan.
  • When they are cooked, turn off the heat.
  • Stir in the katakuriko dissolved in water to thicken the sauce.
  • Add the salmon and simmer for a short time.
  • Serve on a dish and put butter on top!
