Ingredients
- 2 Salmon filets
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 bunch Shimeji mushrooms
- 6 tbsp Soy sauce
- 6 tbsp Mirin
- 200 ml Water
- 1 Katakuriko slurry
- 20 grams Butter
Method
- Cook the salmon on a grill.
- Slice the onion thinly.
- Tear the shimeji mushrooms after chopping off the bottom part of the stem.
- Heat onion, shimeji and seasonings marked in a pan.
- When they are cooked, turn off the heat.
- Stir in the katakuriko dissolved in water to thicken the sauce.
- Add the salmon and simmer for a short time.
- Serve on a dish and put butter on top!
