- 1 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- Grated cheddar cheese (optional)
Method
- Mix all together (except Topping) and put into a greased
- 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Combine the corn flakes and melted butter, and spread over the top of the potato mixture.
- Top with grated cheddar, if desired.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour.
