Ingredients

  • 1 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • Grated cheddar cheese (optional)

Method

  • Mix all together (except Topping) and put into a greased
  • 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  • Combine the corn flakes and melted butter, and spread over the top of the potato mixture.
  • Top with grated cheddar, if desired.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour.
