Ingredients
- 2 large cans spinach, drained
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. mustard
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. saltine crackers, finely crushed or use boxed saltine cracker crumbs (graham crackers not recommended)
- sharp cheese, sliced
Method
- Make a sauce of mustard, eggs, salt and pepper.
- Layer spinach, cracker crumbs, sauce and cheese.
- Continue layering until bowl is full or spinach is gone.
- Bake at 400° for 1 hour.
