Ingredients
- 1 c. bok choy leaves and stems
- 1 c. lettuce
- 1 tsp. sesame seed
- 2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Method
- For salad, tear greens into bite-size pieces.
- Cut stems into 1/4-inch slices.
- Toast the sesame seed until brown in a small pan or skillet.
