Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 5 oz. milk
- dash of salt
- 8 oz. (1 c.) Velveeta cheese
Method
- In a saucepan, melt margarine over very low heat.
- Remove from heat.
- Mix flour and salt until smooth.
- Pour in milk.
- Stir constantly.
- Cook over medium heat until lightly thickened.
- Add cheese.
- Stir constantly until cheese is melted.
- Pour cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 375° until brown and bubbly.
