Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 can cherry or apple pie filling
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Method
- Spread pie filling on bottom of pan.
- Spoon in pineapple and juice and sprinkle cake mix over it.
- Add pecans and slice margarine over other layer.
- Spread brown sugar on top.
- Bake in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish at 325° for about an hour.
