Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 C Chocolate Graham Crackers, Crushed
  • 3 TBSP Sugar
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • Cream Filling:
  • 1 8oz Brick Cream Cheese
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 EGG (Optional, it will not cook)
  • Lemon Zest
  • 1 1/2 C 10X Pure Cane Confectioner's Sugar (Sifted)
  • 1TBSP Strawberry Puree or Strawberry Pie Filling
  • 1 Lb Strawberry Cleaned and Hulled
  • 1 Lb Dove Chocolate Discoveries Milk Chocolate

Method

  • Combine Pie Crust ingredients in a food processer. Press into 9" Pie Pan. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. Press with a drinking glass to sharpen edges after oven. Cool completely.
  • Dip strawberries into tempered (preferred, melted for a close approximation) chocolate. Let set.
  • Cream together Cream Cheese and Butter. Add whipped egg. Zest 1/2 a lemon and squeeze juice of a 1/2 lemon. Add sifted Powdered Sugar. Incorporate strawberry filling. Beat until fluffy (2 mins.)
  • Add cream mixture to cooled pie crust. Let set for 30 minutes in refrigerator. Stand Chocolate Strawberries on top of filling.
