Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 1 white cabbage
- 2 onions
- 1 yogurt Petit Suisse
- cider vinegar
- garlic powder
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
Method
- Grate the carrots.
- Cut the white cabbage and onions in julienne.
- Combine the yogurt, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing onto the vegetables and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
