Ingredients
- 2 lb. round venison steak
- flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- oil
- 2 onions (sliced)
- 2 ribs celery (diced)
- 1 cup carrots (diced)
- 2 c. fresh or stewed tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Combine flour, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge steak in flour mixture.
- Heat oil in skillet and brown meat.
- Place in slow cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients and cover.
- Cook on low 7 1/2-8 1/2 hours.
