Ingredients
- 2 bags or bunches fresh uncooked spinach
- 1 container fresh whole mushrooms
- 1 bunch green onions
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- Italian dressing
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Wash spinach in cold water and remove stem ends.
- Slice mushrooms and eggs.
- Chop green onions, including tops.
- Crumble bacon into small pieces.
- Toss together and cover with Parmesan cheese.
- Before serving, add Italian dressing for light coating. Serve chilled.
